Before your professional painter arrives; things you should do.

 Before painting begins: 

    Please send paint color brand, name, number and the room to be painted at least  3 days prior to           your painting project start date.

1. Please remove all pictures and wall hangings from the rooms. If you wish to replace items please leave the nail, otherwise the holes will be patched.
2. Any TV's should be removed from the walls and taken into another room not being painted. 
3. Any items that are family treasures or breakable, and or electronic devices should be removed from the area being painted.
4. Please move all furniture to the center of the rooms to be painted and clear all walkways around furniture.
5. Our team will cover furniture and lay drop cloths.
6. Also, if you would like to remove any outlet covers that would be fine also.
7. Any loose clothing or items should be removed from the area to be painted.
8. If you have pets or dust on areas to be painted. We ask that you sweep all baseboard and any area where dust, pet hair or pet stains may accumulate. Use a broom or vacuum to remove hair and water only on a damp rag to remove stains.
9. Please send paint color brand, name, number and the room to be painted 3 days prior to your painting project start date.
10. After painting, at the end of the job, we will do a walk through to make sure you are satisfied before payment is made.

Check list to know your hiring the correct painter for your project. 
1) Check painting experience, and years of service painting 
2) Check for bonded and insured 
3) Check references from friends and neighbors 
4) Check online business listing and reviews
5) Check when payment is due. No money should be paid before project is complete.
6) Check that a detailed written estimate is provided. 
7) Check that your job is not subcontracted out and is the same painter that you hired for your project.
8) Check that your painter is knowledgeable about home painting.
